World Court Says UK Must Give Up Chagos, Allow Chagossian Return!

Huge news! The International Court of Justice has ruled that the UK unlawfully separated the Chagos islands from Mauritius during the decolonization process when Mauritius won its independence. The Court has directed the UK to "bring an end" to its rule over Chagos "as rapidly as possible" and directed the UN General Assembly to help to ensure the resettlement of Chagossians as a matter of human rights.
